How we count, and what we will never do
- Residents never count towards your plan. Every other role counts as a team member — patrollers, controllers, managers and administrators.
- Only active members count. When someone leaves, their place frees up immediately — you are never charged for people who have left.
- SOS, incident reporting and emergency alerts are free on every plan. We will never put a life-safety feature behind a payment.
- Every new site starts with a 14 day trial of everything. No card needed.
- When a trial ends your site moves to Free — it is never locked, and your data is never held hostage.
- On Free, incident photos and voice notes are kept for 30 days. The incident record itself is kept.
- Prices are per site, per month, in South African Rand.
